Brent Parker - Senior Pastor
Brent comes from a family rich in music and ministry. He is a third-generation pastor with deep roots in the soil of Spirit-empowered Christianity. He and his wife Tani planted Destiny Foursquare Church in Rapid City, SD in 1998 with a passion to help spiritually hungry people experience God. In 2018 they answered the call to step into a new season of life and founded See The Voice Ministries (seethevoice.org).
See the Voice is all about turning the hearts of every generation to see and be the voice of God in every nation. In the Spring of 2018, Brent and Tani relocated to Sioux Falls, SD where Brent began serving as Interim Pastor at The Gate. Brent became Lead Pastor in the Fall of 2020 and is loving this season of, “…encountering God and equipping world-changers…” with The Gate family. Tani also continues to minister and equip others to hear the voice of God. Her devotional, “The Voice of Glory Thunders” is all about the reader having a personal encounter with the living voice of God.

Ryan & Tracy Lumley - Staff Pastors (Next Gen & Youth Pastors)
Ryan is honored to be married to his lovely bride Tracy Lumley since May of 2007. They have three amazing daughters Anah, Eden, and Ivy that they are extremely proud of. He gave his life to Jesus in November of 2002 and has been running hard after God ever-since. He loves God’s presence, reaching out with His love to all those in need, and raising up the next generation to know Him and make Him known!
As a staff Pastor, Ryan’s main focus is children ministry, He is passionate about children giving their lives to Jesus, children worshipping God with all of their hearts, and creating a culture that empowers children to take their places as present-day world changers for King Jesus. The children in this ministry will be familiar with reading the Bible, being best friends with Jesus, watching miracles happen, sharing their faith, and knowing and being filled with Holy Spirit. “Fun” is also a huge priority in this ministry!

As a staff Pastor, Tracy’s main focus is Youth/Teen ministry. Tracy serves as the Youth Pastor with a deep passion to see the next generation fully alive in all the things of God. Tracy believes that there is no “junior” Holy Spirit—young people can hear God’s voice, walk in His power, and carry the love of Jesus wherever they go. With a heart for discipleship and encouragement, Tracy equips youth to grow boldly in their faith and step into their God-given purpose to impact the world in mighty ways.

Darryn Maynard - Facilities Manager
Darryn Maynard serves CrossWind Church as Facilities Manager, caring for the church’s building and grounds and helping provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the many people and ministries that take place here. For Darryn, this role is more than maintaining a building—it is an opportunity to serve God and his church family. As he works throughout the facility, he prays for the children and families of the daycare, the various ministries of the church, the pastors and staff, and for the moving of the Holy Spirit in the lives of those who call CrossWind home.
Darryn graduated from Trinity Bible College in 2004 and has served in ministry for many years, including as a Youth and Children’s Pastor and later as Senior Pastor in Canton, South Dakota. He and his wife, Teresa, began attending what was then Church at the Gate in 2017. In 2022, Darryn sensed the Lord was leading him into a new season of service and was hired as Facilities Manager.
In addition to his facilities role, Darryn serves in a variety of ministries at CrossWind, including the worship team, sound, coffee ministry, altar and pre-service ministry, Kids Church, life groups, and preaching when needed.
Darryn and Teresa were married in 2004. His desire is simple: to love Jesus, love people, and serve wherever God gives him the opportunity.
